MudFest

  • Greater Portland + Brunswick Greater Portland, Brunswick, and Freeport (map)

A 10 day mash-up of music, mud, and mischief, MudFest breaks open the thaw with toe-tapping tunes, community spirit, and just enough chaos to wake the soul.

Events include:

MudBall - Shake off winter and rewild together through music, movement, and joyful mischief. After dancing your boots off, the day culminates in JoyFire—a collective act of letting go and lighting up. It’s a release. A renewal. A ridiculously good time.

Musical Chairs - Pause adulting and start playing with this tournament-style game of musical chairs accompanied by a string orchestra. Be there or be chair!

One Day Choir - Raise your voice in radical joy alongside others. March 2026: “Pink Pony Club” by Chappell Roan.

Protest Song Sing Along - Sing rallying cries and hymns of hope from the past, and for today.  Learn them here. Carry them with you.

A Passion for the Planet - A call to act on behalf of our earthly home. Created by Geoffrey Hudson, A Passion for the Planet fuses science, poetry, and sacred text into a symphony of hope. Performances in Brunswick, Portland, and Bangor.
